Guest guest
What is the purpose of this survey? No one in their right mind would participate in this since we do not know who it is from and why it is being posted. > First Name: > > Age: > > Height: > > Weight: > > Is your small size the effects of a disorder such as > anchondrophasia?: > > Do you take part in any athletic activities, if so > what are they?: > > Is their a particular type of community that you > prefer to live in? > > What is your occupation? > > Because of your size what jobs or types of jobs do you > prefer? > > Do you feel that you have been discriminated against > while trying to get a job? > > Are you discriminated against on the job site; if so, > # of people and about how often? > > What are some special considerations that you have > such as….. > - What means of transportation do you use? > > - Where do you get your clothes? > > - Do you expect any special treatments? > > - Relationships (do you prefer to date other small > people) > > Family history (origin, status, etc): > > > __________________________________________________ >

Guest guest
First Name: Due to an ongoing contract dispute with my record company, I've changed my name to an unpronounceable glyph: Æ Age: Neolithic...or is it Paleolithic? Cenozoic? Jurassic? I always get confused. Height: 5,280 feet. (I'm about a mile high right now!...anybody else got the munchies?) Weight: Okay, I'm weighting. Is your small size the effects of a disorder such as anchondrophasia?: I have to ask, what in the hell is " anchondrophasia " ? It sounds really serious. I'd sure hate to have it, especially since I can't even *pronounce* it. Do you take part in any athletic activities, if so what are they?: Yes, I'm an active participant in Big People Tossing. Is their a particular type of community that you prefer to live in? Yes, the type of community where they shoot pollsters. What is your occupation? Senior Supervising Associate Bad Ass, 3rd class. Because of your size what jobs or types of jobs do you prefer? House painting, ceiling fan installation, shingler. (Were you expecting " Santa's Little Helper " ?) Do you feel that you have been discriminated against while trying to get a job? All the time. You don't think the lip piercings had anything to do with it, do you? Are you discriminated against on the job site; if so, # of people and about how often? No, but I tend to be rather discriminating myself. Wasn't it Jerry Rubin who said in the 60's, " Never trust anyone over 30 " ? Well, we LPs have an expression, " Never trust anyone who sends a stupid anonymous survey. " What are some special considerations that you have such as….. - What means of transportation do you use? Pogosticks, or sometimes one of those big tricycles they have leftover at the Circus Surplus. - Where do you get your clothes? A shipment of Ken doll accessories recently " fell off the truck " near my house. I am set for life, I tell ya. - Do you expect any special treatments? Pucker up, baby. - Relationships (do you prefer to date other small people) Is that a come-on? I'll have to pass...the last time I dated someone called " Burger King " I kept hearing that stupid, " Hamburger and small fry " joke over and over again. Family history (origin, status, etc): My mom was a gargoyle, my dad a Norwegian troll. Thank goodness that the stork brought me. _________________________________________________________

Guest guest
No birth control pills (well only for about 4 weeks and that was over25 years ago). Was diagnosed at age 46......my children were 24 and 27 at that time......I have gone through "natural" (meaning no surgery...all female parts still in tact) menopause recently. I am now 48. Wouldn't be surprised if my Grave's has been menopause related.
