It's a tough call... NY is one of those " never move to " states on my

list because of the vaccine situation there. Use your best judgement,

would be the only advice I can truly give. I think if I were there

and in your shoes, and moving out of the state wasn't an option, I'd

mark " yes " -- but I don't know the laws and ramifications in NY. Any

possibility you could just move out of NY? Also how old is your

child. Vaccines are only mandated for schools, so if your child is

not school-age yet, maybe it's less of an issue to say " yes " and not

be investigated?

Anyone else from NY here that can offer some advice?

There's an idea. Just don't send it. Does something important depend on you

sending it back? What's it for? (or do they even know).

I must have missed something. Where is the survey?

As most people know in this Group, I am not very technical (LOL).

I have just done your survery. Took me ages but was glad to do it. I found

that I could not use the circles to tick answers, so just answered them in

full. Then I did not know how to send it to you, so tried to copy it into

an e-mail to you. I pressed " Edit " hoping to copy the whole thing and it

deleted all my answers. (Stop laughing!).

HI PAT

I agree with you, and the survey did not allow me to say why I stopped thyroxine

and that I felt better without it. I also felt that there should have been an

area where you could place some words of your own.
