How interesting. For corporations a fine is considered a stiff sentence.

How likely is it that individuals found guilty of obstruction of justice

could avoid prison? Corporations even get away with murder. Consider the

Gulf oil disaster. No one went to prison for that either.

What ticks me off is that they are shelling out millions to government agencies.

How about all the people that were harmed by what they did, like me for example?

That's my point exactly Roni. There should be criminal penalties, and

settlements for anyone harmed by their drugs. As long as there are no

criminal penalties, the corporations won't be very motivated to change their

ways.
