Guest guest
Hi Maureen, I see that you are also in California, by your area code. I am in L.A.. county. My house phone number is (562) 949- 8899. I can best be reached between noon and 3pm on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. I can also be reached after 9pm, usually, every day except for Wednesday and Saturday. Don't worry about calling too late as I go to bed very late and turn off the ringer at night anyway. If these times won't work for you let me know. These are just the hours I am least time-pressured. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Cheryl From: calmriver1@... <calmriver1@...> Subject: Re: book Date: Saturday, September 18, 2010, 8:56 AM Cheryl, Actually, it would be better if I called you if you don't mind. I am staying in the back house and my phone is in the front and it doesn't have a ringer so it doesn't bother anyone. What is your number and when is a good time to call? I went out yesterday since they had cleared the main streets okay. Thank you for acknowledging my work. So sorry, but I don't have a book or binder format, nor even E-Books available. Writing a book is a goal of mine, but the more I learn the more I realize I don't know. : ) But many times I also think " the more I know the more I wish I didn't know. " lol! Many people print out articles and put them into binders for themselves. Luv & Hugs, Bee
Guest guest
Good afternoon all, I spoke to a woman today that has hypothyroidism too. She told me about a book " The Metabolism Miracle " by Diane Kress. She told me that it has been an amazing process to see the changes that have taken place in her life. She's lost weight and has energy too. It's 4 years now I found out I have hypothyroidism. I have lost the 30 lbs I wanted to lose but I still struggle with 5 lbs from time to time. Yes, most people read this and think " what a joke " but when you're 5 foot nothing its a lot and I don't like the way my body feels. If anyone is following the eating plan could tell me your thoughts/ideas/concerns etc. Thank you,
Guest guest
I know absolutely nothing about Diane Kress or her book. But I can tell you that in science we see miracles at about the same rate that we see people walking on water. Further: There are no herbs or supplements that will treat Hashimoto's or none-Hashimoto's hypothyroidism with results greater than chance or placebo. You have to have T4 to live, and if you don't have enough you will be sick. End of story. Luck, .. .. > Posted by: " rebecca.cortez@... Guest guest
You need thyroid hormone to live. The T4 (levothyroxine) is a storage hormone, and helps the body to let pituitary know when it needs more hormone. T3 (liothyronine) is the active hormone and the one that goes into your cells to run your body. Without it you will die, and till that happens you will get progressively ill. Herbs cannot heal the thyroid. Roni From: <res075oh@...> Subject: Re: Book hypothyroidism Date: Wednesday, April 20, 2011, 9:56 AM I know absolutely nothing about Diane Kress or her book.
