Gerald, just as you joined this group on your own, so you must quit on your own.

Go to

the group home page, just above where you see 'Total Joint Replacement', you

will see

'Edit Membership' in blue lettering. Click on 'Edit Membership' and resign from

the group.

Now, wasn't that easy?

---Hi Gerard,

To stop receiving the messages in your email, you need to go to the

total joint replacement board. When you get to the site, go to the

very top of the page, and click on EDIT MEMBERSHIP. Then scroll down

to where the choices are for receiving the messages, click on the

very last one that says something like I DO NOT WANT EMAILS. I WILL

COME TO THE SITE TO READ THE MESSAGES.

After you click on that little round spot, go way to the bottom of

the page and click on SAVE CHANGES. if you don't click on SAVE

CHANGES, you will continue to receive the messages in your email.

Hope this helps, ..... Maxine

Sherrie,I'm glad you bought the book. It's EXCELLENT!! My OS told me to exercise my quads, but that was it.I plan on using some of the exercises in the book...maybe even the ones with that goofy little ball....even after I stop going to my PT regular which I think is coming up pretty soon. Although, I do feel like I'm showing signs of it.

does anyone happen to take melatonin in the evening during bedtime?

If you go to the group web site and edit your profile, you can change it to get only certain mailings or a consolidated weekly mailing. this is set up for people in just your situation. Might be easier for you and you can still keep the connection

Dear a,You can go to the forum and remove yourself or, if the problem is that you are getting too many emails, you can set your preferences for " Daily Digest " and then you will only get one email a day.

As a web designer, I can understand how easily many are lost with all

the navigation that is not always designed very user friendly....

If you are still lost, go to

no-forced-vaccination/

Near the top left corner under the advertisement banner, click " edit

menmbership. "

Besides choosing the " daily digest " you can choose " Web Only " - you

will then receive no email messages but can log in and read them any

time you feel like it. I find it useful to recieve the daily digest

from the groups I want to keep up with and read " web only " for

others. To read web only you only need to log into and

click " my groups " or use this url

mygroups

Hope this helps!
