Guest guest
Go to www. and click on groups on left hand side. Then put name of group in search line and click Go. That should do it. I've been trying for a time too.Debra Brigance <debrasnell721@...> wrote: how did you unsubscribe? Guest guest
Hullo Home. At the very bottom of any incoming email, the last word is UNSUBSCRIBE. Sorry to loose you. Glad Day ~ Karla in IL
Guest guest
To " unsubscribe " from any group, you will need to go to your " groups " area and choose that option. Nobody can do this for you .. you will need to do this.     Sorry, Glo From: <sinsayrecox (DOT) net> Subject: [coconut_oil_ open_forum] Problems with VCO coconut_oil_ open_forum Date: Monday, August 4, 2008, 10:30 AM I have been using VCO for the last month and find it to be very caustic to my intestines. I have been using 2 tbs. each morning either in a protein shake, on Ezekiel bread, or in caffeine free organic teas, along with raw honey. It's the same thing each time. Within an hour or two, there is an intestinal explosion. The last three days, I have not used the VCO, but followed the other same protocol and nothing, no problems so I am sure the problem stems from the VCO. I am totally disappointed for I was very excited about adding the benefits to my body. I am open to any suggestions, information, etc. that you may be able to share. With gratitude,
Guest guest
In some groups in which I've participated, the facilitator suggests that each of us " speak from the 'I'. " As in " this is what I experienced " " if I were in that situation, I would / might... " " from my research, I concluded... " etc. That way no participant feels instructed or perceives others as experts. Group members share their wealth of experience.I've found doing this this more difficult than it may read. But I've found it very helpful in group discussions. This group is a wonderful resource. But what's right for me may not work for another. So many members with different medical & psychosocial situations. When I read a post with many words in caps, I often feel like I'm being instructed. Become concerned that someone is in my face. I may react to the loud words, rather than absorbing important information. I've learned much from this group. I hope it lasts. Speaking only for myself.unsubscribe please
Guest guest
Unsubscribing has nothing to do with Outlook, Outlook Express or your server. Simply send an email to: no-forced-vaccination-unsubscribe Ingrid I HAVE TRIED TO UNSUBCRIBE, ..I don't use Outlook..it keeps asking info in regards to server ..this info I don't know. So take this as notice ..as I have to do it this way...From this point on I will delete all as Spam Thank You , Menville ------------------------------------

Guest guest
Darn, I forgot that option; thanks. I was thinking that since she was getting no response that Ira would have to be involved.
