Don't Know where to start!!!!

Do any of you know how I begin an appeal process for a DOC band after

surgery. I am about ready to go nuts here! Its not like I have

anything else on my mind with my daughters surgery just a week

away...guess this will give me something to do while I wait for 5

hours. I need any information that will be helpful in proving why

the DOC band will benifit my daughter after surgery and why it is in

fact needed for her condition(What other condition would a DOC band

be used for?!?!?) Please email, letters from doctors, news articles,

web links, anything you might have for me to include in my appeal.

Thank you and remember I am a CS mom not plagio so I don't know if

the positional factors will be of any help. Unless it has proven for

CS kids to get plagio after surgery. Please help me anyone.
