Guest guest Posted December 18, 2008 Report Share Posted December 18, 2008 delicious and easy.......................................... use uncle ben's coverted rice 4 eggs i cup sugar beat together add 1 cup cooked rice 1 qt, milk stir til blended bake in pyrex bowl or dish 350 degrees 60 min. sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking. raisins optional.
