You say, " . . . Yet some days I could just stay in bed, if being in bed

would not

" freeze " my body to immobility, I would. "

My opinion is that if your responsibilities allow, the occasional day in bed

can be refreshing, rehabilitating, useful for people like us.

I don't think it will " freeze " your body if you don't stay in bed day after

day after day. That occasional day may be good for us. As my doctor said,

" Listen to your body. Be good to it. "

That said, of course exercising as appropriate is helpful in many ways,

including in maintaining bone strength.

Joann,

Any ideas what makes for a good day and what makes for a bad day??

Too much crazy woman stuff the day before, or there is no connection?

I find myself wondering if I am anemic on certain days, yet my blood

test seems OK. Just last week, the test showed my white blood count

to be somewhat too low. But other than that I seem to be OK. Yet

some days I could just stay in bed, if being in bed would not

" freeze " my body to immobility, I would.
