Sounds like you are doing a fantastic job in getting Max evaluated and working on what he needs. I wouldn't worry too much about all this- I know plenty of kids that aren't too helpful when it comes to the diaper changing!

I think this will all work itself out in time and with your conscious effort to help and get help in whatever he may need. Don't stress about it and all the best to you and Max!
