Yes, Dr. Budwig is for fighting cancer and prevent it as well as any other

ailments that is life threatening.

What you are doing is quite good. The quantity I gave was for following the

minimum in Dr. Budwig's protocol to fight cancer, which I follow because

cancer run in my family. I do it as a preventive measure.

I drink only spring or ionized water, I try to eat most of my food organic,

etc... I am beginning to eat coconut oil now in my every day food. I just

received my orders from Tropical Traditions.

I am slowly getting my diet in order that most of the process food will be

something from the past.

Coconut should help me with candida as I was sick for a long time and I hope

that coconut will help. My bigger problem with coconut oil is that I don't

like it at all. The taste is bad for me that is why I got expeller one. It

is the only thing that I can have without problem, the expeller. I am that

way and my daughter too and it is nota learned behavior. It is just us made

that way.

Red Cabbage Slaw

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

4 cups thinley sliced red cabbage

2/3 tsp caraway seeds ( I use Celery Seeds in my cole slaw instead)

1/2 tsp salt

1 crisp sweet apple, cut into match sticks

1 large carrot cut into matchsticks

1 shallot minced ( I don't use onion in slaw)

1 Tbsp vinegar (any kind)

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

2 Tbsp walnuts, toasted (optional, but yummy if you use the apple)
