Tina, I too had to cut way back on meat. When you do eat meat it is best to

slow cook it as that way will cut your consumption of cell-damaging compounds in

half. I read this in the Prevention Magazine .......If you Google Prevention

Magazine Savor Healthy Slow_Cooker Meats, you will find their top 10 list of
