Pics of possible mold in my apartment?

Here is a photo I took just now from a corner of my bathroom, near

where one of the leaks are. We DO normally clean the bathroom floor,

but hmmmm... this won't clean, huh?

Do you guys think this is mold? I wish I could tear up the panelling

around here, as there is PLENTY of it..
