Boston Globe Mold story -

Here is the website,

http://www.boston.com/dailyglobe2/272/realestate/Mold+.shtml

For the Real Estate Edition in today's Boston Globe. It talks about Mold. Sadly, it seems the reporter didn't bother to check some of those he wrote about. Any simple background check of Dr. Harriet Burge would have shown that she has been representing those being sued for Mold. In others words, she has been a hired gun. It seems thought that her "facts" have not swayed juries.

As far as Eugene Benoit, he is another great one. Seems he works for the eastern Region of the EPA out of Boston. I and my Wife, Virginia, have spoken to him and the higher ups in his office. He told Virginia he could do nothing to help us with our Toxic Mold. He mentioned being told to stay away from us. I think he said the corruption we had uncovered would hurt a lot of big politicians in Massachusetts. He also said that if Ted Kennedy was really serious about wanting the EPA to help us, a phone call from Ted and help would be on the way. He also said that he worked for Ted. I said the EPA is a Federal agency. He said that Kennedy controls the EPA. Right after these several conversations he went on Maternity leave. The head of the Eastern Region EPA refused to return our phone calls and messages. Ms. Whitman, the head of the EPA in Washington has ignored my Freedom of Information requests for Public Record documents from the White House and Ted Kennedy about our issue with Toxic Mold. The US Justice Department said they could do nothing about the violation of the FOI law.

The Boston Globe has known of the illegal construction of our home and that it was caused by town and state corruption. They came here in 1996 acknowledged that fact to us. They saw the Police, Town and State reports with their own eyes. They have known of our Toxic Mold since we first learned of it a few years ago. It seems the Globe will only report on what they want the people to know. Sadly, the truth is not one of those things.

Most of this article stinks just like the Toxic Mold in our home. I have also asked them to report on our efforts to get Toxic Mold and Construction Lemon Laws passed. They have yet to write anything about it. I've been asking them since 1996.

I suggest anybody that has a Toxic Mold or illegal construction issue write to the reporter and the Globe. Ask them why they are protecting those that endanger our families. The reporters e-mail address is at the end of the article.
