Carroll-Bower, President of National Toxic Mold Coalition, a National

Organization, speaks out against housing injustices, disregard for city building

codes, and her own families devastation for Carbon-Monoxide Poisoning and Toxic

Mold in Springfield, Mo. The injustice in non-commitment to right wrongs by not

awarding settlements is indicative of poor justice. There are several cases in

Springfield. Ms. Bower, pursues Congressional and Federal Grant funds for
