The media was here yesterday for almost 4 hours taping and interviewing for our story of mold and becoming homeless. They interviewed the Town Attorney who is hiding their criminal activity against us behind the issue of Sovereign immunity saying nobody can sue them. Seems they don't know that your protection of sovereign immunity is lost when you are corrupt or malicious.

They also interviewed our State Building Inspector Tom . Seems he said he did nothing and never wrote a report, state law and his job description required him to, because the inspectors responsible had left when he finished his inspection. Sadly he is lying it seems. According to Government public records, he met with the local building commissioner a few days before the inspection and they spoke about our case two days after the inspection. The local building inspector responsible was still working for the town 18 months after the inspection and the building commissioner still worked here for almost a year.

Why lie to the media unless you must cover-up your acts and failures? Tom needs to be fired as well as prosecuted in my opinion. The State also has no protection under sovereign immunity. It was a pleasure for me to give the media the government public records. You see the town denied they existed when I requested them under the Freedom of Information. They lied to me and the Massachusetts Secretary of State.

Sure are a lot of "big" noses in Massachusetts from lying through your teeth. Where is Walt Disney when you need him? Just another "Pinocchio" kind of day in Massachusetts.
