Guest guest
Please pass this on if you care to: Over the last 6 years I have been involved with consumer protection issues in the new home construction area including mold contamination. I along with many volunteers across the state of Texas have been fighting on shoe string budgets against millions of dollars provided by the homebuilding and insurance industry, and yet we are making progress! I now need the help of all Texans and would greatly appreciate your consideration. The homebuilding and insurance industry have many high paid lawyers on their side. Texas consumers needs one on their side. That person is the Texas Attorney General. I have had the privilege of having an extended conversation with Mr. Kirk running for the office and from this conversation I can tell you he is FIRMLY in the corner of the consumer and will provide balance between the industries, their lawyers, their lobbyist and the consumers. His opponent on the other hand is sponsored by the builders and insurance lobby. He is advocating tort reform to further protect the insurance companies. We would once again have no voice and Texas will continue to be run by the corporations. If you live in Texas please consider casting your vote for Mr. Kirk . This next session we have a once in a decade opportunity to pass bills that will level the playing field for all homeowners and homebuyers. I will be one of many who will take time from work and spend money to see this through. The volunteers need Mr. 's support as The Texas Attorney General. I need Mr. 's support. Please consider voting for him this election year. R.
