Updated: October 14, 2002 at 4:03 PM

STILLWATER, Okla. - A woman here claims her home is making her sick from

carbon monoxide poisoning to black mold. Dorian says it's been

nothing but problems since she moved in four months ago.

says she's complained numerous times to her landlord, but says the

only response she's gotten is a notice of eviction. So, she called our

public defenders for help.

" I can't get help from anybody, " she said.

says she is fed up. She moved into her rental house in June. Since

then, the former landlord says her experience has been nothing but a

headache.

" Now the shoe is on the other foot, " she said. " I'm the tenant. I'm trying

to keep the house nice and now I'm in a nightmare. I have a landlord is who

is acting as my tenant. "

says when you turn the water on it just spatters everywhere. But,

besides leaky pipes, unfinished renovations and a hole in the floor,

" there's rats that have been coming in up under there. "

is mainly concerned with her deteriorating health.

" There's the water heater, this is where I'm getting carbon monoxide from, "

she said.

Which claims lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. She spent Thursday

night in a hospital emergency room after she could no longer ignore her

symptoms.

" The more I stayed in the house I realized I was sick, congested, fever,

vomiting, I can't stop it, " she said.

claims she has tried numerous times to get her landlord to make the

necessary repairs. She even hired a building inspector to prove her

allegations. A report confirms the danger of carbon monoxide in the home.

" He's starting to mold on the front and of course, the back has black mold

on it, " she said.

says the mold has destroyed priceless items. Her children spent

years in the entertainment business -- and now countless pictures and

autographs are ruined.

What's more, has been served with a notice of eviction after

refusing to pay rent for the month of October.

" I'll probably just lay in bed and cry, I don't know what I'm going to do,

because I don't have the money and she knows I don't have the money, "

said.

has contacted an environmentalist about coming to her home. She's

afraid all of her belongings may have to be destroyed because of the black

mold. She plans to eventually sue her landlord to recoup her expenses,

including medical and vet bills.

The house, she said, has even made her animals sick.

' landlord was unavailable for comment.
