I am calling more senators and congressmen today. I have had enough of the shipyard playing around with me and Workmens comp which is US Dept of Labor.

Janet,

I could not believe that you had to occupy that area. I had a two hour visit

with an IME(Independant Medical Examiner) today. He was very nice and

listened to all that I said. Skin tests were done. Two years ago I was highly

sensitized to four molds and two trees. Today only to one mold,Alternia. He

is going to have a serum mold test done and also a serum latex allergy test

obtained.

He did say that it will be probably impossible to win my L & I claim as there

is little to judge the symptoms by. He also said that the Internet gives too

much misinformation. Of course, when I showed him all of my pictures

throughout the workplace and test results from an Industrial Hygiene co. he

was impressed. I told him that I pursued this claim because I want the mess

cleaned up. He stated that we are talking a lot of money. I knew money was

the key factor when no one would talk with me throughout last year, or for

that matter the past four years.

I have already paid all of the associated bills. I was also recently told

to find another job in another facility for " my health's sake. " Fortunately,

I will be able to find another job even though at the age of 55 it does get a

bit harder. I had just been vested in a pension plan and now have to start

all over. After my last sinus surgery in September I am starting to feel

better. I have been restricted from the area where the mold testing was done

since May. Maybe that is why my skin testing was so different from 2 years

ago.

You take care of yourself. The area that the pictures were taken at your

workplace is disgraceful, No one should occupy that space.
