lemon law and insurance report

I've attached a few pages for anybody interested. We just learned that my Construction Lemon Law for Massachusetts has a Docket number, SD2602 and is before the Joint Rules Committee. Both House must concur and then it will move forward to a hearing. Need all to attend the hearing when it comes up.

Also, just got the report from our insurance company. A few interesting things about it. They don't cover anything due to the illegal and substandard construction from the builders and state and it was all allowed by the town.

What the report doesn't mention is that their agent admitted me telling them of our construction and toxic mold and health issues over a year ago. In spite of this knowledge, they continued to take our insurance payments. Is that insurance and consumer fraud?
