Another Boston Herald story about a Government Court House where sick people are getting sicker. Sadly, Massachusetts has had my Toxic Mold Legislation for some time but seems they are not interested in it.

My Legislation not only sets standards for levels of Toxic Mold but it also holds those that knowingly create or allow the conditions for the Toxic Mold to be brought to Justice before the Courts. In Massachusetts they won't allow this to happen because it allows the citizens justice under the law. Current Massachusetts Laws give a blanket pardon to most of those that knowingly create or allow Toxic Mold conditions. or that break the law when building. I would guess that many are political campaign contributors.

Our Governor, Attorney General, Treasurer, Secretary of State and Legislature are all aware of the FACTS! None will discuss it while they run for election in this campaign season. They are all for affordable housing but have no interests that the housing be safe and healthy.

In Massachusetts it is money first and the citizens and justice last. What a State! I want to move but I can't sell my Toxic Home. The State told me this but they refuse to put it in writing or a report. We've lost, in money, about 750,000 dollars. What price do you put on our health? Can I write this loss off on my taxes?
