Jack,

I was not asking you to be an advocate for us but rather have an impartial story told about what happened to us and why. That is what being a REPORTER is all about. Being professional. It was also why we allowed you into our home. It was about trust that you seem to have betrayed. We would invite you into our car but there is not enough room.

Seems that many waited until we left before making self serving statements.

It was also a shock to see how much knowledge Attorney has about our personal home inspector, Dennis , and other personal facts. Are they related?

For over two years we waited for you to tell the truth about our family. As you know we asked the Times almost ten years ago. It seems we must still wait.

We are already getting responses to your story. Many who have seen our story on TV or read about our story over the years in other media outlets are amazed about how your story has been completely partial to the town. I'm sure the Times will be hearing from them.

My correction is submitted to clearly report FACTS that you misrepresented or omitted in your story. As you are clearly aware, the FACTS are supported by government documents that you have had in your possession for a few years. You told me you had even corroborated them with other sources.

A competent newspaper will print corrections to known errors in a story. You even spelled our street name wrong. Is the Times competent and fair to print our corrections which as you are aware are the TRUTH? Even the Barnstable Patriot and Register, weekly newspapers, told the truth and facts. What happened with the Times.

Your thoughts for my family are meaningless due to your story in which you said we were responsible for everything that went wrong. You know the real truth and must deal with whatever conscience you have.
