Guest guest
Janet, as HOBB's President and representative, said I was "cashing in". That is an open lie and everybody knows that. If she was not attacking me why did she liable me to destroy my reputation? Why did she attack HADD? , instead of offering an apology for the liable from HOBB, continues to blame me for Janet's uncalled for liable.. HOBB from Florida has asked for my help before and I have done whatever they have asked for without reservation. I think may have been one of those asking for help. While I wish to help people, I will no longer offer any help to HOBB or their representatives. You don't spit in my face without repercussions for your actions. As far as Melinda Ballard, I related, almost word for word, what she told me over the phone. I spoke with her the first time Janet talked with me. It is Melinda who said Janet was hurting the cause in Texas by what she was saying. I asked Melinda if she knew Janet and HOBB and those were her comments. I have offered legislation to many and have listened to their suggestions. In most instances, like Melinda's suggestions on my Toxic Mold Law, I made the changes asked for. I will not be liabled and then make a change to help. Would you? Ken Moulton
Guest guest
To those that are upset about the communications between HOBB and myself, I apologize. I am a Gentleman and not afraid to offer my apology to those offended. My apology does not extend to Janet because if not for her accusing me of "cashing in" I would not have felt compelled to respond. While I have participated in the sick buildings website, I have seen many stories and articles detailing those that have tried to harm those of us fighting corrupt builders and toxic mold. They label us a crazy and accuse us of many things. It has shown many who to trust and who not to trust. When a representative of an organization that tries to help people that are suffering accuses another individual of "cashing in", there is no excuse they can give. That is an injustice that is uncalled for and I demand an apology. Tomorrow is my Daughter's 30th birthday and this should be a time of joy and celebration. Sadly, on Monday, we will be homeless which leaves us nothing to celebrate. My Wife and I will be celebrating our 33rd Wedding Anniversary in a month and we will be homeless due to government corruption where people cashed in at my families expense. If I blew up after being accused of "cashing in", I think I deserve that right. To be labeled as being as corrupt as those that I have spent decades fighting is an insult. I will speak no more of this issue and again apologize. Ken Moulton
