I was trying to help HOBB as I have tried to help HOBB in Florida

when they have asked me. My communications was in reply to Janet

using the Texas media asking for a lemon law.

It is Janet that attacked HADD for no reason. I wrote to her as an

individual. Check the emails and you will see that. It is Janet that

accussed me of cashing in. That is WRONG and a LIE and she knows

that! It is Janet who is attempting to destroy my name and

reputation.

and HOBB should tell Janet not to liable me. Maybe others

accept her rantings but I do not. I wish HOBB good luck but never ask

me to help you or your members again as you have asked in the past.

correspondence between Janet Ahmad and Ken Moulton being published.

I'm sorry Ken felt it necessary to share Janet's private comments

with everyone. He asked for her opinion, and it was to him

personally. Had she known he would forward it for all to see

(including builders) she would never have corresponded with him. I

frequently answer questions in regards to a post, but rarely choose

to share it with all. I feel it is only common courtesy to respect

each others' privacy ask the author's permission to share comments

with all. Our object is not to debate, but communicate. I read this

site for information, not to see private conversations shared with

all as Mr. Moulton has done in an effort to attempt to discredit

one's remarks if they disagree on an issue. The attacks on Janet

Ahmad were in poor taste. Her comments were not intended for all,

but for one. She choose e-mail and not a chat room to share

her " comments " for that reason. Janet and Melinda do have a good

relationship and mutual respect for each other. While their efforts

differ, with Melinda's being strictly insurance, HOBB covers

construction and sometimes overlap with insurance. HOBB continues to

respect Melinda and wish her well on her efforts and will continue

work with Melinda for the benefit of all consumers.
