Thanks. I had to. Its horrid how everyone gets to lie and sacrifice me.I was the BEST at my job. I spent the rest of the afternoon writing for help from state governors and senators and congressmen. I sent pictures to NBC news. I wrote to the deputy at the Environmental Protection Agency. The Shipyard needs to be slapped for what they did to me. I could not believe the answer to why that environmental report was hid.

it took twenty lawyers to find one to take on fedral civil case and he only did as I had that report that was never told to anyone for a year. I know I am lucky to have that. He seems real slow, I continnue to be very ill and pay out of pocket for this new Environmental doctor. Workmens Comp is going to torture me again and say I have to be tested. God knows what will happen to me thi time. its terrible and my heart is with you...Janet

that's why i had to find an attorney....i still don't

have the original report...i'm fortunate the environmental

tester had a legal obligation to tell me and would have

called if the property manager hadn't told me it was

a hazard and i had to leave.

oh i would really like hud and california fair housing to held

accountable as well....but not sure if that will ever happen.

i asked for support and help and all i got was lies and misinformation!

they didn't even stop them from a false eviction....they did nothing

and i believe they are paying the management full rent while my 2nd

round of ruined stuff just sits there collecting spores and toxins!

i'm so glad u have an environmental doctor! sure wish i did but dr

expenses like that would be out of my pocket and that would take food

off the table for a month! hopefully things will look up soon.
