Guest guest
legal actions re formaldehyde from varnish?: Dan Equi: Murray: 11.27.2 rmforall Nov 27 2002 Hello Dan Equi, I hope this helps. How long were you exposed, and what were your symptoms? Have you noticed any reactions to aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal, most diet sodas)? Good luck, Rich Murray *********************************************************************** Subject: Date: Wed, 27 Nov 2002 20:17:00 -0000 From: " dan_equi " <dan_equi@...> rmforall@... I stumbled across this Aspartame E-mail group while researching formaldehyde. My problem is not formaldehyde exposure from aspartame but from outgassing of custom bedroom furniture from what we believe is a defective and/or uncured coating. Does anyone know of any attorney or existing class action against Valspar or other wood finishing coating manufacturer that can help us recoup our very substantial expenses? Thank You. *********************************************************************** Hello Dan Equi, Try searching on the Net: http://google.com gives 105,000 websites for " aspartame " , while http://groups.google.com/ finds on 700 MB of posts from 20-years of Usenet groups, 72,300 posts, and http://www.AllTheWeb.com gives 177,012, the top four being leading and very well informed volunteer anti-aspartame sites. ************************************************************************ Subject: Re: [] IMPT. crosspost RE: MERCOLA's statement Date: Wed, 27 Nov 2002 00:40:22 -0800 (PST) From: Joe Klein <epistrophy1@...> Reply- In my opinion this web site is commercial. And, it is misleading. True MCS is not a psychiatric disorder. It is a toxic injury with a variety of symptoms including neurogical manifestations. There is much more credible information about MCS elsewhere on the web. I have reviewed an excellent introductory article by SHEILA BASTIEN, Ph.D. http://www.california.com/~hawk/MCS-Ammunition.htm is the link. Also, http://www.mcsrr.org/ has a wealth of references to MCS. Also, http://directory.google.com/Top/Health/Conditions_and_Diseases/Immune_Disorders/\ Multiple_Chemical_Sensitivity/ Please also look at my Web Site www.stachy.5u.com for my own personal experience with stachybotrys toxicity followed by MCS. Hope this helps, ph P. This long-term low-level chronic toxic exposure leads to typical patterns of increasingly severe complex symptoms, starting with headache, fatigue, joint pain, irritability, memory loss, and leading to vision and eye problems and even seizures. In many cases there is addiction. Probably there are immune system disorders, with a hypersensitivity to these toxins and other chemicals. aspartameNM/message/860 RTM: FDA: objections to neotame approval 8.3.2 rmforall 38 pages ************************************************************************
