Guest guest
The TED hose are really something else! I wonder if they are hot in the summer? I just happened to get a breakdown from the hospital where I had my TKR. They charged me $210 for the TED hose. Isn't that awful?? You wouldn't believe the prices!!! Guest guest
Sharon, That is great on your mom's ROM. Yesterday at my in home PT I was able to get to 101 on my own. Kim
Guest guest
Deb, My PT measures my ROM while I am sitting in a chair bending my leg back as far as I can. 101 is with no help. I really did not think I was that far along. Because I had a few bad days of feeling really tired and was lucky to get my exercises in 2 x day. She comes back out tomorrow morning.......I hope I have more ROM or the same since I go to see my OS tomorrow. First visit since surgery. Thanks, Kim
Guest guest
My HMO has paid for ted hose for me with other surgeries. I know that some doctors don't believe they are necessary. I know for a fact that mom's doctor is doing research because he would like to stop using them. Mom had PT today. Did 115/118 on the bend but still 5 degrees off on getting it flat. She has 4 more PT sessions. SharonBkendrick1086@... wrote: You think and HMO would not pay for the CPM before stockings.........LOL Sports Fantasy Football ’06 - Go with the leader.
