Guest guest Posted July 16, 2002 Report Share Posted July 16, 2002 my daughter amy has/had this. we determined it was an allergic reaction to naprosyn. she went to a dermatologist and he said it was a drug allergy. it would start at one part of her body, looks like someone beat the heck out of her and was so incredibly itchy that she scratched until it bled. her ped rheumy put her on clarinex to relieve the itching and switched her from naprosyn, which she had been on for 5 years, to ibuprofen and the rash is gone. hope this helps. nancy __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
