Work to remove mold from a Sullivan County High School library is finished,

but its still off limits to students.

Work to redo Sullivan East's 32-year old ventilation system began last week.

It cost the school system more than $20,000 to fix the mold problem which

also exists in the school's academic areas. Plans are in the works to remove

mold from other portions of the building.

Principal Rouse says the library is being cleaned up and may open to

students by Wednesday or Thursday.
