Tom and Mari are out to make me sound like I am making up stories. I appreciate you answering. I received a letter from Congressman Tom today. He sent a privacy waiver for me to sign so he can look into things and help as well. He wrote he sent it to York Beach address. Mike never got that to me after throwing me out with police on the street I guess. I am getting worse. I am slowly going numb in my fingers and toes. The mold in my body is damaging my central nervous system. I am scared very much. I had to stop anti-fungal as I am so full of it it fights back and makes me worse. Not good. You wouldn't even recognize me right now. 35 pounds lighter, dark and gray hair and glasses as cant stand contacts irritate my eyes now. I go back to Environmental Doc next week and my beginning Primary Care Doc wants me to see an allergist up here. OWCP continues to threaten and harass and insult. Hope you are doing well. I have to tell you. Tom Devany called me about saying I am lying yesterday and gave it to him with BOTH barrels. Fed up.

I wanted to share about Tom and that even though you are out, you took the time to answer my email, and that was appreciated. Thank God for Dan is all I can say. God Bless......J

Tom,

After reading your e-mail, I felt it necessary to send my e-mail that I

sent to you, to everyone else.

I was told by an ex-code 280 person that he believes that it was around

the '96 or '97 that Mari was allowed to have a computer at home or work from

her own computer. He believes that Mr. was code 280 at the time.

He also recommended that someone talk to Ross Drivas to see if a remote

account was set up for her. There should be a record of it.

Don Haley wasn't in charge at the time, so he would not know about it.

There are people in code 280 who know full well what went on but they are

too afraid if their supervisor to stand up for a friend and coworker.

Apparently there are a lot of upper level managers who are afraid of the

same person and would rather sacrifice a dedicated and valuable employee to

protect that one person.

Janet/Don,

As discussed yesterday, Mari Shults told me that she has never been in work

status while at home. I later confirmed that with Don Haley, who was her

supervisor up to a couple years ago, when he retired from federal service.

Don, as my union rep, is this something you can look into? Sounds like some

people get special treatment. About two years ago Mari Shults was out for

kidney stones and was given a hook up to home with a computer for work with

the shipyard. This is when we ,Mari ,, and I, all there. Is that not

fair? An EEO question? I AM being forced on disability. I want Workmen's

Comp to help me get better and pay. Gray doesn't pay, and his

inattentiveness to a report of very serious health issues, does not pay. But

I am harassed, talked to sarcastically, getting lied t and screwed out of

leave, threats from Workmen's Comp? No justice? Or only for certain people?

I assume by your email below Dans, that you are saying I am basically lying and making up stories. Mari, you have struck again. God help you. You ask anyone on the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard that knows me, and you will hear nothing but professional, bend over backwards to help, honest and hard working.

Don, Dan Maglaras has let you know what he knows about an ex C/280 employee who knows evidently more to the story. Please look into it. I have lost my life and my health, but I will not let Mari Shults take away my dignity and reputation.
