Guest guest
MOLD CLAIMS IN FLORIDA In discussions with attorneys for many of the lawfirms handling the mold claims in the new home construction cases in Florida, including the ville beaches area............most of the lawfirms appear to be less interested in handling the "personal injury part" of the mold claims, but they are very interested in handling the "construction defects" part of the claims. This is becoming a trend all across the US. The construction defects part is the easiest part of water intrusion/mold claims. Dr. L.
