From a very sick person fighting the government from a toxic mold basement, respectfully said. There are always different stories from different people. Each may be right or wrong but if someone has helped with the illness I am suffering from and cant find help, I have to say OK. If he has hurt someone, I am sorry for that. But I had to write and say from IAQ, that was respectfully said.

Dear Concerned Mold Patient.

Your statement " I just don't know about your disclaimer " was a

strange way to end your email. It was veeeery open ended ... so, to

that end, let me be more specific.

I believe that many of the people that Dr. works with are

there because of an insurance claim.

- Insurance claims that their home has toxic mold.

- Insurance claims that their family is sick due to mold exposure.

- Usually, these folks already have one or two consultant's reports

discussing their home's contamination.

We have worked on less than ten (10) insurance claim projects in our

14 years of business.

We work for the building owner ... the building manager ... the

school district ... the home builder ... and even the homeowner.

Working on insurance claims is not one of our goals.

We do get calls from Doctor 's patients regarding their

home's contamination. We have spent countless hours on the phone

discussing contamiation and Scope of Work issues with those people.

We don't ask for a fee. We don't try to sell a job. In fact, we

usually end the call with the names of peers in the industry that

can respond more effectively ... ending however, with an offer for

additonal telephone support if they feel the need.

If you had called, you would have learned that much about us.

At some point, you've got to stop distrusting everyone, and allow

that there are some people whose purpose is to help you get over the

contamination, and get on with your life. That is a primary goal of

our company.
