Janet,

Hey, I am sorry you can not take antifungals. You can experience a

die-off called herxheimer after starting an antifungal, especially

if your body is had a large exposure. The yeast as the die inside

the body release toxins that can make you feel worse than you did

before. Have you tried a natural antifungal olive leaf extract or

caprylic acid. I learned this information from a daily show called

Your Health with Doug Kaufmann. He also has a book called The

Fungus Link, they have it at most libraries. I am taking caprylic

acid right now. They have alot of good natural stuff available.

Maybe you can try a low dose, and check the added ingredients in

them. When are bodies are so toxic we can be more sensitive. It has

been hard to find supplements for myself because of food allergies,

and the special diets they recommend for 2 of my health problems-

vulvodynia/pudendal neuralgia and interstitial cysitis. If you need

any advice or help with anything just let me know. I also notice

symptoms if I go into a store that has water leaks. I have an

immediate headache, nausea, brainfog etc. Just about every store

that I have gone in has stained ceiling tiles from water(Sears,

Marshalls, several Dollar General Stores, one library, restaraunts)

it really is unbelievable that so many places have these problems

and they never get addressed. Hope you have a good day.
