Guest guest Posted February 13, 2003 Report Share Posted February 13, 2003 Can anyone in this group provide information with pit falls that they have encounterd when settling a worker's compensataion claim due to mold exposure? Is there anything you or your attorney unintentionally forgot to ask the employer to compensate you for in regards to your health and maintenance program? Example: those with asthma, request compensation for at home breathing machine, free standing clean air machines, etc.... Is your employer paying you your salary for the duration of your retirement age, or did they offer you a lump sum? How much compensation was allowed for future medical insurance, I understand this has to be formualated with a yearly cost increase, as well as for medications?
