For anyone who does NOT know who Dan Maglaras is, he is ,by signed paperwork, my legal representative.

He and his wife are also my best friends as well as my daughters.

I would think that Capt. Sychterez would have better things to do than collect Dans emails about me to people at work and to senators.He should be working on my teleworking policy that I am told he said will never happen on his watch. He should be checking who is on the porn sites. He should be checking Mari Shults, as she has shown me on work time, letters to boyfriends and showed me ebay sites she is looking at as well as lies abiut her hours. This is not slander. I was there.

Don Susla, my own union rep, even asked me in an email the other day what Dan has found out from Ross for me. I would say that if my union was doing what it is supposed to do, then Don wouldnt be asking this question.

Tom Devany has written senators about me on work time such as saying Mari says she never worked at home.Basically caling me a liar.

I know what's going on. Someone, either Commander or 200 or someone wants me to have NO help and to be forced on disability and go away. Like I said before....there is no human side here, everything has to be covered up and I am the result and the one suffering for it. Dan Maglaras has a heart. You others dont. And my personal relationship with him AND his wife, is no ones business OUTSIDE that Shipyard but us three people.

I am so sick of roadblocks and slowly being cut off. This is enough.

Someone is slowly cutting off my help. You are forcing my hand, so now I will force yours.

Yes it is me again. I am not good today. I had two appts yesterday in old moldy buildings. I can smell it through my mask now after 20 minutes. Before I couldnt. Not good, huh? And , thank you for your email. I believe you are right

Good afternoon,

I am Janet s, as I am sure you have all heard of me by now. The Portsmouth Shipyard Worker sick from a Toxic Mold Basement as a report saying how hazardous this place was and to let people know the health issues were serious enough to cause respiratory disease.

I am asking an investigation be done. No one answers me there, everyone lies and covers and Federal Workmen's Comp threatens and insults. I want to know what happens to Mr. Gray for not addressing that report!!! I need help, I need fairness and I need human kindness.

The Portsmouth Shipyard is a closed society. NOTHING bad has happened there to me or anyone. And I AM being felicitous. I have contacted a lawyer for a civil suit of negligence. I have had some help from Olympia Snowe and her advisor Mr. Morin, which is greatly appreciated but things are going from bad to worse.

I do not know, as a civilian, what right I have to demand an investigation into all this, so I am asking. This is pressure on me, on my family, on my daughter....

It is just awful. And as a single parent I am running out of options to financially turn to for help as I am being forced to apply for disability.
