Both are jewels and I needed the diversion.......Betsy p.s. Third lawyer turned down my "breech of habitability" case due to overload of toxic mold clients. We lived with a profuse water intrusion problem for over two years. I'm in Arlington, Texas if anyone has any suggestions.
