Three questions about Toxic Mold

I have three questions toxic mold. A home that my family and I lived in for 7 years was found to have toxic mold after we moved out and subsequently burned to the ground with all the possessions the new tenants owned. This was in Foresthill California you may have heard about it.

When we moved into that house in 1993 we began to have nothing but problems. All four of my sons have severe learning disabilities, Two of the have been diagnosed with Tourettes syndrome and bipolar disorder, and just last week my youngest was diagnosed with having epilepsy (he has been having seizures since we lived in that house but I didn't know what they were). I had a serious breakdown in 1997 while living in this house. There was also asthma and respiratory infections. All of us had gone from being pretty normal to being basket cases.
