I dont usually post any thing from work anymore but I had to on this. This is from the department of Defense, head of Navy,Navsea that I am writing about. You are just a number to the government. They dont care if you are dead or alive.

I received a letter from Senator Snowe yesterday. Enclosed was a report on me and my moves and my work.

It is full of lies, half-truths and basically bull. I assume that DOD's information came from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. If I had to guess, I would say Captain Sychterz and Tom Devaney and HRO Bob Short or Kautz.

It says Building 29 is fine and you would welcome me back to work.

Are you people aware of how I am living? I dont leave home and run 6 hepa filter aircleaners. I AM A PRISONER HERE!! I will probably miss my daughters graduation.I have become multiple chemical sensitive as well. I cant even handle my daughter cooking or I run to my "safe room".You guys have NO clue. I can only tolerate eggs and chicken and carrots for food.

What happens when the hallway and stairwell to computer room does me in as I am more hypersensitive.

What happens if I have to go to the bathroom?

What happens when those chemical smells I complained about in computer room are enough to make me sick? Do you really want me to go there and have you have all that responsibility? I cant go into ANY moldy buildings or I am asthmatic and fogbrain after half an hour.When my daughter comes home from work, the mold spores from her workplace make ke sick. She has to run to the bathroom for a shower and put her clothes outside in a tupperware bin!!!!! Like I said,NO CLUE!!!

What happens if I want something to eat? Do you guys talk to my daughter when I die? Hell, this stuff is used for bio warfare for God's sake!!!!

What happens when I receive NO work and cant leave the room?

What happens if I have to use the copier? And if my muscles fail and asthma attack puts me in a car accident on the way to work, WHO is responsible? I cannot go out on rainy days at all and on a good day last maybe half an hour outside.

In this report nothing is mentioned about waterfall leaks in ceiling and bathroom of bldg 18. It was closed up for a long weekend, and I came in and left in an ambulance?

You guys are WAY out there somewhere. I can have my lawyer tell you how am living. I will mark up and correct this bogus report from DOD and get it to Senator Snowe and my lawyer. I think it is despicable the way the Government lies to look good even if it will kill me.Its disgusting.

And Mr. Devany? My lawyer has your threatening letter. The OSC has been contacted and Mari wouldnt bring me work anyway. It says its my choice to apply for disability.It also states that I have had FULL cooperation form the Human Resource Office. No one told them about all the mix ups caused by this agency? And how they get awards to save money? Or that they are allowed to send lies to OWCP and Senators?

If it is either to be disability or Leave without pay and a chance of death,YOU TELL ME that's not a FORCE!!
