Good morning

I sent on January 3.2003 the forwarding letter, asking if I was still on admin leave after the 31st of December as I started to apply for disability because I was told if I didnt, I would be put on Leave Without Pay. I received replies from Code 200 himself and Phil Bufithis that I am still on admin leave after Dec. 31 because I did the forced thing and started to apply for disability.

I learned today I have been on Leave Without Pay since Dec. 31. Or whatever pay period was before then.

Tom, I know you feel responsible but no. Mari Shiults is my first line supervisor and should have asked instead of telling Vanbramer to start putting me on leave without pay.I have written that I appreciate it, but now my rent and car payment are going to bounce and I cant afford to go back to see Environmental Doctor now.

Mari, you could have asked the question as I know does the musters so you directed her to take me off admin leave WITHOUT even asking the question which is what a good , concerned, compassionate first line supervisor would do. But since I haven't heard from you in months and after your lying me out of 200 hours leave,and NOW saying there is NO work that I could do on a computer at home, this does NOT suprise me.

I have followed every rule, jump through every hoop, try to change mistakes and all this is done under Command. I have let OWCP threaten to torture me with more tests.

I got sick at work. Now everyone can screw me and play me and I have had enough. I am very sick, have a kid with impacted wisdom teeth and bounced checks and cant take myself to doctors. I have no friends there.

Mari, the legal office should be speaking to you next week.

Don or whomever is in when your out, should have kept on this.

I didn't ask for this and I dont deserve threats,lies,coverups,cheats....lies from HRO to OWCP and Senator Snowe....should I go on?

I dont think so.I have had enough.

And there will be hell to pay if I can. Does Mr. Gray get away by making me sick from hiding that report? If I die, does that make him a murderer?

Now that I have submitted paperwork through Phil, am I still on admin leave? And you never advised me what I can do for unethical conduct from a supervisor. That is almost two hundred hours for and it is not right to force an employee to do as the boss feels. It is a threat and harassment. EEO doesn't cover that. Please let me know who does. I would like some answers. Has been a long holiday. I am sicker and I had to call an ambulance to take my daughter to the hospital. I am fighting being forced and threatened by OWCP to skin test. I do not have time for games or bull. I also want status on teleworking at home.THIS IS a policy mandated to be in place for every shipyard. It is not fair to be railroaded out on disability when I plan on hopefully getting better with Workman's Comp agreement, if that ever happens, and to work at home. Otherwise it is not fair and I will be in touch with my attorney. I am already calling him today on threats from OWCP.
