Thank you guys for your advice and concern. Some of this stuff the Environmental Doctor I got off the mold-help site has me taking. Like the flax seed and activated charcoal pills and nystatin that I had to stop as I couldn't make it through the die -ff. He knows I am taking this other anxiety medicine, yet he does make me a little nervous. He's a lot of money and everytime I go he forgets what he did from my visit before and even forgot that my apartment wasn't the problem. I had showed him pictures of basement at work. And his moldy building I leave being pretty incoherent but I have no other path to go except my regular doctor is sending me to an allergist who, wants to review and didnt seem to get it. How do you know what is the right thing to do?

Thanks again,

Janet

Angel is correct. For one thing, it is not good to mix mainstream medicine

with naturopathic methods. It is best to choose one or the other. Also,

all pharmaceuticals have undesirable lateral effects and for that reason, I

personally choose naturopathic protocols only. If at all possible, another

doctor's evaluation of the medicines you are taking would be a good idea.

Best wishes to you.......Betsy
