Guest guest
http://www.dallasnews.com/latestnews/stories/021603dntexnumold.c8e94.html This web site is the Dallas News article about Mold remediation in Texas. Most states are the same as Texas in no licensing. I question why we must pay for having inspections. Shouldn't our local and state health/building/environment inspectors be doing the testing? Most state laws require inspections for any dangerous conditions and mold is dangerous to humans. Our tax dollars pay the salary for these government inspectors and agencies. If these agencies don't or won't inspect they needed to be closed and the staffs terminated. We can then use our tax savings to hire a competent inspector/remediator. Makes sense to me!!
