Janet,

I take Neurontin, Elavil, Zoloft, Nystatin, Clarinex and some

other meds too. I would think it would be okay to take olive leaf

extract, caprylic acid, flaxseed with your medications. You can

check out books at the library on supplements and herbs if you have

a question about contraindications. The herbs can sometimes have

effects with prescription meds. I do not really know too much about

the lemon helping, however, I do know that apple cider vinegar can

help with candida(yeast). What is the charcoal stuff you were

talking about? I am not familiar with that. I do think the ground

flaxseed is great. I am glad you are doing that. I have been

eating meatand chicken without antibiotics and hormones. Free-range

meat is the best if you can afford it. Money is tight for me, but I

try to get the best thing I can. Oh drink good water, either

filtered or I started to drink spring water that is on the alkaline

side( suppose to be better for health conditions). I am on several

vulvodynia and interstitial cystitis . Two of the

Interstitial Cystitis groups focus on diet and supplements etc.-

healing naturally. They talk alot about diet and alkalinizing- many

theories, however I have read alot about fungus thriving in an

acidic environment(your body). I try to research alot and take what

I feel comfortable with and go from there. I would also recommend a

good probiotic to replace the good bacteria in your gut. You may

already know about this. I do believe that if our gut isn't healthy,

we will have health problems and definately food sensitivities. I

don't know if the natural antifungal will hurt you, but if you take

flaxseed with no problems, you probably could tolerate some of

them. It's just different for each of us. I can not tolerate Vit C

and I bought a B Complex 50mg (brand Soloray) and took one tablet

and had horrible burning when I voided. Let me know what symptoms

you are having. I hope I responded to everything in your email.

Have a good night.
