1st step in getting medicaid to pay??

hello,

just found this group through dr. neubrander's site. my son has autism

and has medicaid healthease (hmo of medicaid) in florida. we have done

hbot for 2 years at dr. bradstreet's office in melbourne, florida. we

have always paid cash! i was unaware that medicaid would pay for

this! can anyone tell me step by step what i am suppose to do to make

this happen? i don't want to start the process and find out i am doing

something wrong and then get denied.

do they pay up front or reimburse?
