Won't that be a fine howdy do? Present something like that and not close caption it! I just hope the schedule is mistaken. Pam

I've written to the TV station letting them know they need to caption it ... hahahahahaha Hopefully it already is captioned here too and the TV guide was in error in their omission of the CC. Stange though sometimes the local stations pick up the national feed and don't bother to set the captioning. It happened to me recently with a PBS broadcast I wanted to watch. I notified local PBS and they didn't realize their captioning *feed* was broken. Pam
Guest guest
WOW....that was some awsesome episode. I coudn't stop sobbing the whole time. How nice to be able to see this on television instead of so much crap like Fear Factor and those shows where everyone lives in one house and gets on each other's nerves. Guest guest
Debra, AMEN!!! The other TV and cable networks could learn alot from ABC. It was refreshing to actually *feel something* while watching the show (as opposed to being offended, insulted, angered, etc.) -- to cry and feel good about how a family was helped by the selfless actions of others. Guest guest
The show was beautiful and helpful for some of the new technology for all of us. Everyone should take the time to go to ABC's website and vote for Extreme Makeover as their favorite reality show (for the Peoples Choice Awards)--so they can continue to change peoples lives like this. It would be an awesome way to make our voices heard...
Guest guest
I watched and cried, too! If you are up early Monday morning I believe GMA on ABC is having the family visit. There is a GPS system sewed into Lance's PJ's, as night and early morning seemed to be the times he slipped out of the house. All the very best to this deserving and loving family. Special notice to Stefan, who was quiet but shined throughout! Jackie

Guest guest
Hi Everyone, The CHERISH Foundation just received a call and email from someone representing themselves as an " Extreme Makeover " casting agent and wanted to get leads on people who are local heroes so they can do a segment in Sacramento. (i.e. build them a new house, etc) I would love for a Sacramentan to get this opportunity if possible (they will go anywhere in Northern CA, also). And, I would love it to be a person supporting HBOT for CP. If anyone can think of a family who deserves this and that we can present to Extreme Makeover, I would appreciate it.... and, I am sure they would appreciate it also!!!! Please send info CONFIDENTIALLY to me, at EdNemeth@... To be elegible, a family must own their own single family home or at least property on which a home can be built. Plus, they must be able to show producers how a makeover will make a huge difference in their lives. They did not exactly say this part, but of course, the family must be contributing to the local community. (Also, if any lawyers are reading, I would also like a lawyer involved to make sure everything is legit!) Thanks! Guest guest
Ed, You might call the CA National Guard headquarters in Rancho Cordova and ask them about dealing with Extreme Makeover since they have just been involved with it.? They would also know the names of contact people and the telephone numbers they were given which you could compare with the ones you have been given.? Our son is a 100% disabled vet of the most recent Iraq conflict and lives with us and our names were in the hat recently for Extreme Makeover.? We told them we wouldn't do it because so many of our friends helped us without profit to build the suite our son lives in at our home and we wouldn't want their work to be destroyed.? Now if they wanted to come and help decorate our home that would be super haha [ ] Extreme Makeover Hi Everyone, The CHERISH Foundation just received a call and email from someone representing themselves as an " Extreme Makeover " casting agent and wanted to get leads on people who are local heroes so they can do a segment in Sacramento.
