Maybe we can find a way to get this into the national media and put a halt to it. > >Best regards, > > Dr , I think it would be a good idea to expose the AAHA, e Creacy, and Tom Fox for the frauds they are. Mrs. Creacy is not a member of the listserv (though she's welcome to join and explain her actions anytime), but she's a regular contributor on other groups. On those groups she has a history of claiming she's " working with " any number of people, including Drs Rockswold in Minnesota. When contacted and asked about e Creacy and AAHA, the response is generally, " Who? " She is not the only deceiver. As has been established at http://www.tomfoxisalsoadamnliar.com , Tom is also a liar. A few months ago he began making claims that a soft-sided chamber filled with smoke. He said there was a child inside that had to be treated in a hard-shell chamber for smoke inhalation; however, Tom Fox has never produced the name of the child or name of the parents--nor has there been any statement from such parents or any physician who supposedly treated such child for smoke inhalation in a hard-shell chamber. Throughout these groundless assertions, these fabrications, these lies, he's repeatedly stated there needs to be an FDA investigation; however, when this moderator of the listserv placed Mr. Fox on moderated status until he submitted a formal complaint to the FDA about the fictitious smoke-in-the-chamber, Mr. Fox refused. During the same time as the origination of the smoke complaint, Mr. Fox wildly proclaimed that a Performance Hyperbarics chamber " was slashed " at an autism conference here in Atlanta. The " slashing " incident never happened. It was a total fabrication (pardon the pun). It was a complete and total slanderous bold-faced lie. No Performance chamber was ever slashed, but there's Tom Fox claiming it was so. And there's e Creacy claiming she's " working with " people like Drs Rockswold. Somehow these dishonest people have weaseled their way into positioning themselves as authorities on HBOT for brain-injury, most likely with members of the UHMS, and they are about to embark on creating even more confusion by advocating and pursuing a failed protocol of 2 ATA and above with Iraq vets. This protocol was demonstrated as a failure, proven a failure by Dr Harch, MD in his very first presentation at HBOT 2008. Yes they do need to be stopped, and I think a national news story exposing their fraud is just the way to go, and I've been working on that. I have a friend here in Atlanta who works at CNN who's followed our story for a few years, and he's suggested an HBOT story to his producers for awhile. We talked again a few days ago, and I pointed him to the Curt video at . He was so wowed, and then he asked if Iraq vets could recover as well. I told him yes and no. Yes, of course it was possible, but no they weren't because there were people pretending to help who were just in it for their own glory, and I let him listen to the audio recording I made of Fox's presentation on blast injuries at HBOT 2008. Initially, he was very excited to hear what Fox said because it does sound like Tom Fox actually wants to help, but then I explained that Fox didn't provide any references, and then I walked him through some basics on HBOT, about the benefits and/or drawbacks of different levels of atmospheric pressure. Then I reminded him of the UHMS, re-explaining to him again their history. I again gave him the Hart interview at http://www.oxyhealth.com/images/noncovered.pdf . Then he understood what was going on. " So this is sabotage? " I told him I thought so. The same guy that gave that unreferenced blast injury presentation, he also claims portable chambers are dangerous--because he himself is making them dangerous. He called me twice over the weekend. I showed him the PBS broadcast on Harch's web page, showed him where Harch blurted out the Iraq initiative--and who's sitting in the audience: Fox and Creacy. That's where they got the idea to run interference on this whole Iraq thing. My CNN guy wants to pitch a two-part story. One, there's something that can help the brain-injured vets, and here's what it does as evidenced by (1) the Curt video and (2) by the effort people go through to access the literal grass-roots work of providing off-label HBOT by Hartsoe in the rural hideaway of Miracle Mountain, and (3) the parent achievements demonstrated by the court decisions and impending decisions. The second part would be the 40-year success of the UHMS to suppress HBOT for brain-injury and then do a full-blown exposé of AAHA and the UHMS and their current scheme to produce a negative result using the 2+ ATA protocol--thus " proving " HBOT for brain-injury " doesn't work. " I think a national print story in conjunction with a 2-part CNN piece could end AAHA's plans--plus bring national attention and awareness to legitimate efforts to mainstream HBOT for brain-injury. Let's discuss.
