Whomever wrote that nasty blog entry on " hbotruth.com " is so ignorant!

They used Medicare and Medicaid incorrectly several times, as if they

were interchangeable terms. If they don't know the difference between

Medicaid and Medicare and cannot use the terminology correctly, then I

certainly wouldn't pay attention to anything else they wrote on their

so called " hbotruth " blog. Yes Virginia, Medicaid is for children with

disabilities. So yes, ignoramus of " hbotruth.com " , a child with CP

would logically be eligible for Medicaid whether they qualified through

income or through a waiver program.
