AAHA/Tom Fox/e Creacy's motives

Rumor has it that e Creacy, Tom Fox, and AAHA are planning follow-

up broadcasts on the Dallas PBS show, the McCuistion Report. I don't

want the deceitful e and AAHA claiming to represent me or my

interests, and I suggest to the McCuistion producers that they closely

examine AAHA activities before stepping into this dog poop.

I'll explain. First, start here.

http://www.hbotruth.com/files/archive-19-october-2008.php

I've been somewhat confused the last few days, trying to figure out

why Hartsoe keeps accusing me of owning the HBOT truth page. At

the same time, he's also accused Harch and Bill Duncan of all

sorts of treachery. He suddenly announced his retirement from Miracle

Mountain.

Or is the MM house of cards about to fall?

And then I started thinking about this latest Hartsoe meltdown and the

usual documentation of his sainthood whenever he gets caught with his

hand in the cookie jar. is such an artist at lamenting and

declaration of his innocence.

The most profound thing revealed so far (I think) of the HBOT truth

page is the Freedom of Information Act Request from Congress man Ralph

Hall's office that e Creacy coerced some little new staff person

to send--which was demanding (of all things) the protocol Harch

was going to use on brain-injured Iraq vets. See

http://www.hbotruth.com/files/archive-19-october-2008.php

As if e didn't know?

For one thing, Harch provided expert witness testimony on behalf

of e's husband, Bill Creacy in a Texas Medicaid hearing for Mr.

Creacy to get more HBOT.

As Dr. Harch has provided expert witness testimony twice on behalf of

our son Jimmy, I know he advocates for 1.5 ATA for one hour with 100%

oxygen x 40 treatments.

Well, Mrs. Creacy knows that too.

And she knew that when she coerced the no-longer-employed-with-Ralph-

Hall staffer to write that letter. In fact, as I was thinking about

it, she had about a half dozen chances to acquire that information

without resorting to coercing an inexperienced congressional staffer

into losing her job.

Mrs. Creacy attended the HBOT 2008 symposium where Dr. Harch spoke at

least twice, plus he had a book signing event, plus he was freely

available for impromptu conversation throughout the symposium. So

that's a minimum of four opportunities to acquire whatever data e

sought.

Bill Duncan also attended as a representative of the American Health

Freedom Network (I think that's the name), but more importantly,

sitting on his exhibition table was a stack of free handouts

describing in detail the proposed treatment protocol Harch has

personally testified to some dozen or so times up and down Capitol Hill.

I saw e sashaying herself back and forth by Duncan's table at

least 20 or 30 times throughout the symposium, engaged in one

important activity after another.

So why the coercion for a FOIA request?

Because, according to Bill Duncan, DC lobbyist and former senior

staffer to the US House Chairman of the Appropriations Committee, when

a US Congressman makes a FOIA request, it immediately launches an

inquiry by the House Ethics committee as to why a congressman would

have to resort to the last resort of a FOIA request.

An inquiry means an investigation.

An investigation takes months, sometimes years to complete.

Which would mean whatever proposal Harch made to treat Iraq vets would

be postponed for months and months--if not longer. So the Iraq vets

e and Tom Fox claim they want to help--continue to suffer. For

months. Or longer.

While e's UHMS-endorsed 2.4 ATA @90 minute study is produced.

And Hartsoe's rant against me? He's tied in with these clowns. Thick

as thieves. He creates a distraction, a diversion so people take their

eye off the ball so nobody sees the duplicity that's actually taking

place.

Also many of you know that has been on list. He often creates diversions.

When things are comming down on him he starts the bleeding heart routine. If you

will read below you will see it is a diversion to take the focus off what is

really going on. In fact if you will go to www.roberthartsoeisadamnliar.com you

will see in the past he was making claims against the portables then denied ever

selling them. Then this web page came up and proved that he was making

statements about the product he was selling.

The most important thing to look at is this. The pattern. The diversion. Read

the information below again. Take a look at it read it. You will get a better

understanding of what is going on.

The following was just posted. This SOB just can't stop lying. Last week he

was retired, now he is recruiting. I feel sorry for anyone who believes him.

The next opening at Miracle Mountain is not until Jan 25. However, wewill be

reserving at least 2 positions for the Jan 25 session which willbe $49 per

session of hbot. If you would like to be considered for oneof the $49 x 40

sessions, please send an email to Alice explaining whyyou would like to be

considered. The decision will be made based uponyour financial needs plus the

present condition of your child. Onlythose who have never done hbot will be

considered for this specialrate. Miracle Mountain has to pay its bills so we

only have a limitednumber of the special priced groups and they are meant to

provide hbotto a child who may not receive hbot otherwise. We strongly believe

nochild should be denied hbot because of their parents inability to

pay.Especially with these economic times, it is certainly nothing to

beembarrassed about. All enquiries will be strictly confidential.Email your

requests to Alice Todd, our administrator at HBOTskybest (DOT) comOur schedule is

located on our web page at www.miraclemountain .orgYou will also find several

great videos, including Dr. symposiumon Oxygen.
