Off topic posts and general housekeeping

Welcome to our new members. We are glad you found us and hope our group can be of assistance as you seek out information about our planet's recent plague - toxic molds. Marc and I spent a wonderful month exploring Paris and the Loire valley, while Max weaned himself away from Mcs and Burger King. Now that I've become more sensitive to molds, I can usual tell in the first few seconds whether or not I will be able to stay in a building. If my lips start tingling and I begin to get irritable, I know to leave immediately. Cathedrals are notorious for roof leaks and a few of them had visible mold from water damage, but the only building that screamed "get out!" to me was the chapel at the walled city of Carcassonne. It was awful. I was still feeling the effects of the few seconds I spent there several hours later.

Apparently after we left for vacation, someone decided to play a nasty trick on our members by sending out an email to our members using my email address with a virus attachment. As you know, it is possible for anyone to use your email address in this way so my cardinal rule is never to open attachments regardless of who sent the letter. I never send mail with an attachment but copy what I want to send into the body of the letter. We have turned the email over to the internet policing authorities who will be able to track it back to the sender. If they inform us who the person was, I will let you know and if they happen to be a member of our group, they will be banned. I am truly sorry for the problems caused by this and hope that one day the people who do these mean things to others will take a good look in the mirror and make the decision to help, not hurt others.

Finally, recent posts as well as letters I've received from some of you show we have drifted seriously off the topic of toxic molds. For those of you who may have forgotten, we are a support group for people exposed to mycotoxins who need information and assistance. is overflowing with groups exploring religious and spiritual content and I invite you to check them out. We need to confine our discussions to the task at hand - helping people become aware of the explosion of toxic mold growth and the serious health consequences it can have for many people.
