Acupressure and other energy based systems work by balancing the energy

flow in the meridians of the body (removing blockages, redistributing

energy, etc.). One thing that you can do yourself at home to open all of

your chakras and keep your energy balanced is yoga.

There are several different types of yoga and meditations, and they all

work. I tend to like the Taoist Esoteric Yoga the most. It is fully

explained in the book "Awaken Healing Energy Through The Tao" by Mantak

Chia.
