I accept your invitation dated April 23, 2003 to be a speaker at the 38th Annual Meeting of the AAEM to be held in Phoenix October 30 - Nov 2.

If at all possible, I would like to be on the program Friday evening or any time Saturday, however, I will accept the time slot that you choose.
